(KENA) of Hong Kong and OROGENIC International Limited  (OROGENIC) of Malaysia is formed and duly registered in Hong Kong on the 6th of February 2007. OROGENIC International Limited is a fully own subsidiary company of the OROGENIC Group in Malaysia. The company is specializes in the provision of offshore oil and gas construction support services and has the technical capability of venturing into deep water survey services.    The joint venture is part of KENA & OROGENIC business strategies in strengthening its technical and resources capabilities. Through the forming of the joint venture, a synergy of quality, know-how, expertise, and competitiveness is created for the two parent companies to achieve higher business growth in the Asia Pacific Offshore Oil and Gas construction support services market.
